Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinngo account password and login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. spinngo will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a spinngo user, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law or our terms of service. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software or methods to access or manipulate the platform
- Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity
- Attempting to defraud the payment system or manipulate game outcomes
- Distributing malicious content, spam, or illegal material
- Using the platform for money laundering or any criminal activity
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform not authorised for general users
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where necessary. spinngo reserves the right to disclose information to the relevant authorities if suspicious activity is detected.
Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the spinngo platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other online banking options listed on your account's deposit page.
Spinngo is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by third-party payment service providers. Deposits that have been credited to your gaming account cannot be reversed. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the registered user.

Refund Policy & Liability Limits
Funds used to place bets are non-refundable under any circumstances. spinngo is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting outcomes. spinngo's liability in any claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Spinngo does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. Losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or issues beyond our control are not eligible for compensation.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Spinngo reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that is detrimental to the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to a refund of deposits or any unclaimed winnings.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all required checks have been completed. Account closure is final, and a closed account cannot be reopened once the closure has been requested by the user.
